Sign up

Creating an account takes about a minute. There are two ways in: Google, which is instant, or email and password, which adds one 6-digit code. Both end up in the same place.

Nothing is charged at sign-up, and no card or wallet connection is required. You pay only when you buy energy, out of a balance you top up yourself.

1. Open the sign-up form

Go to trongas.ai/signup.

2a. The fast way — Continue with Google

Press Continue with Google and pick your account. There is no code to enter and no password to invent — you land in the dashboard straight away. Skip to step 4.

Use the same button every time you sign in afterwards.

2b. Email and password

Type an email you can actually open — the confirmation code goes there — and choose a password of at least 8 characters. Then press Create account.

Use a real, reachable address

The address you sign up with is also where password resets go. An inbox you no longer read means an account you cannot recover.

3. Enter the 6-digit code

We send a code to that address and open the confirmation screen. Type the six digits and press Confirm.

A few things worth knowing about the code:

• It is valid for 15 minutes.
• You get 5 attempts. After that the code stops working and you need a fresh one.
• Didn't get the code? → Resend issues a new one. The previous code stops working the moment a new one is sent.
• If it is not in your inbox after a minute, check spam.

Confirming the code signs you in — there is no separate login step right after registering.

4. You are in

You land on Overview, which is the dashboard's home screen.

The cards along the top are the short version of your account:

• Available balance — your TRX, and what every purchase is charged from. It starts at zero.
• Energy price — what energy costs right now, per 65,000 units and per unit.
• Energy / Bandwidth delivered — totals and your average price, once you have bought something.

Below the cards you will find the usage chart, and under that Recent transactions and Recent orders — the last few of each, with a link to the full history.

The menu on the left is the whole product: Overview, Buy Energy, Wallet, History, Automations, API Keys, Webhooks, Notifications and Settings.

5. What to do next

1. Top up. Press Top up in the header to get your personal TRC-20 deposit address, then send USDT-TRC20 or TRX to it. Crediting is automatic.
2. Buy your first energy. Getting started walks through the order form, the preview and what you actually pay.
3. Set your language and theme under Settings, if the defaults are not what you want.

Signing in later

Go to trongas.ai/login and use whichever method you registered with. Google accounts sign in with the Google button; email accounts with email and password.

Forgotten the password? Forgot password? on the login form emails you a reset link. After 5 failed attempts the account is locked for 5 minutes — wait it out rather than guessing on.
