Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using the TronGasAi platform, API, and website (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service.

By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.

1. Lawful Use Only

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, theft, or any other financial crime;
  • transact with sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions, or otherwise breach applicable sanctions or export-control laws;
  • power smart contracts or transactions that are illegal, deceptive, or intended to defraud or harm others (including scams, malware, or phishing);
  • infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

3. Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and data;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, including delegation, recall, or unstaking mechanisms outside the provided interface;
  • reclaim TRON network rights associated with an active stake or delegation in a way that circumvents the Service;
  • create multiple accounts to abuse limits, promotions, or pricing, or register using false information;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except through the documented API within its limits.

4. API Usage

  • Keep your API keys confidential; you are responsible for all activity performed with them.
  • Respect published rate limits and do not attempt to circumvent them.
  • Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written authorisation.
  • Do not use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or to place excessive automated load intended to degrade the Service.

5. Content

You must not upload or post unlawful, harmful, or offensive content in any profile or free-text field, and you must not use automated scripts to collect information from the Service in violation of these rules.

6. Consequences of Violations

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate access to the Service without prior notice. We may also disclose information to, and cooperate with, law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
