Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

2. Definitions

• "Service" — the TronGasAi API, web dashboard, and related tools for accessing TRON network resources.
• "Energy" and "Bandwidth" — resources of the TRON blockchain that can be delegated to an address to cover smart-contract execution and transaction costs.
• "Staking" — locking TRX and/or making energy available for sale through the Service in exchange for variable payouts.
• "Account" — your registered profile, including API keys and internal TRX balance.
• "TRX" — the native token of the TRON network; 1 TRX = 1,000,000 SUN (the smallest unit).
• "Order" — a request submitted through the Service to delegate Energy or Bandwidth to a specified address.

3. Scope of Services

TronGasAi provides an API-first platform that lets you rent TRON Energy and Bandwidth programmatically, manage those resources from a web dashboard, and participate in TRX staking / energy selling. The Service is intended for lawful purposes such as powering exchanges, bots, payment services, and AI agents.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Where a change materially affects paid features, we will provide reasonable prior notice where practicable.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use most features you must register an account and confirm your email address. You may sign in with email and password or through a supported third-party provider (e.g. Google).

You are responsible for:

• keeping your password and API keys confidential;
• all activity that occurs under your account or API keys;
• maintaining one account per user unless we expressly authorise otherwise;
• not transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party.

Notify us immediately at info@trongas.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Orders, Prices and Payments

Prices for Energy, Bandwidth, and other services are set by TronGasAi and displayed in TRX on the Service. Prices may change to reflect market and network conditions; the price applicable to an Order is the one shown at the time the Order is confirmed.

• Orders are prepaid from your internal TRX balance, which you fund by depositing TRX or supported assets.
• Prepaid resources (including one-time purchases and automation budgets) that remain unused at the end of their period are forfeited and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• You are responsible for any TRON network costs (such as burned TRX) not covered by a delegation, and for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

Where an Order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will refund the corresponding amount to your internal balance in accordance with our refund handling.

6. Staking and Energy Selling

If you participate in staking or energy selling, you make TRX and/or energy available through the Service and may receive payouts. Payout rates (yield/APY) are variable and are not guaranteed.

Yield may change due to, among other things:

• fluctuations in the TRX-to-energy exchange rate;
• changes in cryptocurrency market conditions, policy, or regulation;
• technical failures or changes in the TRON network.

Where we reduce payout rates for existing commitments, we will provide at least 3 days' advance notice before the change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You must not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful or harmful activity, and you must not interfere with the operation or integrity of the Service, including the delegation, recall, or unstaking mechanisms outside the provided interface.

8. Risk Disclaimer

You understand and accept the risks inherent in using blockchain-based services, including price volatility, the irreversibility of on-chain transactions, losses from providing an incorrect address, and interruptions caused by technical failures or attacks. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for you and for operating within your own risk tolerance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, APIs, documentation, design, and content, is owned by TronGasAi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and you grant us a licence to process it as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

10. Service Availability and Support

We aim to keep the Service available and performant as described in our Service Level Agreement, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties (such as internet service providers, the TRON network, blockchain node operators, or our resource suppliers) or by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, war, terrorism, and governmental actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronGasAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, including service unavailability, transaction failures caused by information you provided, or unauthorised access to your account.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, and block or delete your account, if you breach these Terms or applicable law, if required for security or legal reasons, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will handle any remaining internal balance in accordance with applicable law and our operational procedures.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are posted on the Service and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute relating to these Terms in good faith through negotiation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be finally settled by binding arbitration, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
